The Pacifica Citizens Alliance was founded in response to the hasty decision-making by the Pacifica School District and School Board. We are a diverse group of concerned citizens—families, teachers, merchants, residents, seniors, taxpayers, and community leaders. We demand transparency and accountability in all decisions. We reject closed-door decision-making that excludes community input, especially on issues that impact the entire Pacifica community. As taxpayers, we hold the school district responsible for honesty in its funding proposals and for minimizing waste in educational spending.
